What is the best online game to play?

I am really addicted to CS, and what game is your favourite?  So, I’ve been thinking about buying a Karambit in Counter-Strike 2, but I’m kind of torn. Do you guys think it’s really worth it to spend hundreds of dollars on a virtual knife? I get that it’s cool, and I’ve seen players flexing their skins in-game, but I just don’t know if I can justify that price for something purely cosmetic.
