Sharepoint trainings are boring. Plain PDFs and PPTs suck the life out of training! Want to impart fun-based learning in the organization.
Game-Based Learning: Incorporate game mechanics into your training modules. You can create challenges, quizzes, or scavenger hunts that encourage participants to explore SharePoint functionalities. Tools like Kahoot or Quizizz can make assessments interactive and competitive.
Leaderboard: Implement a leaderboard to track participants’ progress and achievements, offering small rewards for milestones reached.
Pure PDF and PPT make the training lose its vitality. I think it can be taught by video conference, so that everyone can concentrate on listening and the rest of the note-taking can be taught by video to text.
