Seeking info about DHgate orders
Has anyone had experience ordering from DHgate? I’ve read mixed reviews about product quality and shipping times. Would love to hear if contacting DHgate customer service helped solve any issues.
Ordered a few items on DHGate, and one of them never showed up. I called the dhgate phone number to track it down. They said it was a seller issue, so they reached out to them on my behalf. Took a few back-and-forth emails, but I finally got a replacement shipped. It was frustrating at first, but they did follow through in the end.
