I ordered a phone case from Google Store, and it arrived damaged. I contact google store support through chat, and they were super responsive. They asked for photos of the damage, approved my replacement, and sent a new one within a week. It wasn’t hassle-free since I had to deal with the photos and forms, but they did make good on their policy.
