My postpartum recovery has been complicated by Diastasis Recti, and I’m looking for advice on managing it effectively. I’ve heard about different methods, such as core-strengthening exercises and medical interventions, but I’m unsure what’s best. What have others found useful in treating Diastasis Recti, and are there any specific programs or professionals you’d recommend?

In dealing with Diastasis Recti, I’ve tried out different recovery methods. Core-strengthening exercises have been beneficial, but it took some time to find the right approach. I eventually came across Lauren’s Restore Your Core program, which offered a new perspective. Unlike intense workouts, her method focuses on healing without causing strain, and this really clicked with me. The RYC Method here addresses core and pelvic floor issues in a comprehensive way. Since starting the program, I’ve seen improvements not only in my Diastasis Recti but also in related problems like back pain and pelvic-organ prolapse. If you’re facing similar issues, exploring programs like Restore Your Core® might be a helpful step towards recovery.
