Paradiso LMS is well recommended to migrate from Moodlerooms/Blackboard LMS?

We know that Paradiso has excellent features, and it is build-based on Moodle, but nowadays we’re having a principal matter, Moodlerooms and Blackboard separation. We need to solve this issue, what a better option that Paradiso.
