I want to support my top performing Sales guys holistically with just-in-time training
Some of my sales guys are my gems. Need a way to provide them all the training they want, exactly at the time they want.

Its true that your gems in sales would be the guys who’d need JIT training actively. Try using an LMS, and especially one that supports Salesforce LMS integration. That way your sales team wouldn’t need to leave the Salesforce environment to take training.
