The goal of excellent Learning & Development, which is one of the critical duties of any organization’s HR department, is to give employees the skills and information they need to advance in their positions while also assisting in the expansion of the business.
Learning & Development comes in various forms, including online training (Learning and Development LMS), in-person instruction, and mentoring. However, L&D specialists concentrated their training initiatives in 2022 on three key areas:
